We believe our success is a reflection of our ongoing efforts to encourage economic development and improve the quality of life for our employees, their families and the communities where they work, live and grow.

We believe our FMT family is the friendliest and hardest working in the industry, going above and beyond the call of duty to help achieve our philanthropic goals. Partner with Drew Brees Dream Foundation

FMT has partnered with the Drew Brees Dream Foundation in several events including the distribution of 300 bicycles to needy children and The Amazing Race. In 2009, the Foundation and FMT partnered to send 20 outstanding high school students to London to watch the New Orleans Saints play the San Diego Chargers. These students were selected by their respective churches based upon their outstanding community service, which included extensive work in foreign missions and other community service projects. All of the young people were also given footballs signed by Saints quarterback Drew Brees at a party sponsored by FMT’S CEO Dennis Pasentine.

Friends of the Frontline

After Hurricane Katrina, FMT CEO Dennis Pasentine founded this non-profit foundation to assist first responders who were affected by the storm. Through the Friends of the Frontline, Mr. Pasentine has disbursed nearly $1,000,000 to first responders in the area. Mr. Pasentine became aware of the losses suffered by police and firemen from FMT’s controller, whose husband is a member of a local law enforcement agency.
